Moorabbin City Pipe Band were formed in 1966 in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, Australia. The band is led by Pipe Major Kelvin Mounsey and Leading Drummer Edward Roxburgh and competes in Grade 2.
The band wears the William Bruce Tartan specially designed in memory of long time former Pipe Major Bill Bruce.
